This is a Hummel figurine of mother Mary. It is in excellent shape and I was told it was valuable. It's plain white, stands 10-12 inches high. She is looking down and has along robe on.

Distinguishing marks
Has "West Germany" on it and also has a large blue v shape with a smaller one inside the large one
Your piece was made by the Goebel porcelain factory, the same that produces Hummels, but it is not a Hummel figurine. Hummels were based on the sketches of children done by Sister Maria Innocentia. The Goebel mark on your statue was used between about 1957-1971.
I found about 15 auction records, mostly eBay, for your statue from 2010-2013. The average selling price is about $15-20. The lowest sale price I found was $10, the highest $35.

Re: Mother Mary Hummel Figurine
Yes, the market for Goebel figurines is currently very weak, even the Hummels have been hit with big slump in values over the last ten years.
