Napa Auto Parts Clock Sign

I have come across an old Napa Auto parts sign that's been hidden away in an old family box. Its a medium sized sign with a clock on it with a neon tube light surrounding it. Its in great condition, I'm pretty sure the light still works but we haven't tried it so lets assume it doesn't for this. Ive tried to search the web and can't find one like it so I'm assuming its rare.
