Numbered lithograph Copyright Les Artistes Modernas Paris 1929

This is a numbered lithograph 99/350. It is of a street in Paris and the condition is all excellent with original frame and paper backing. The print appears to have some yellowing from age but is in great condition otherwise. I would really like to know who the artist is and if this is a valuable piece of art. I assume it is nothing special but it has always been a mystery to me because I was never able to find out more about how it came into my Grandparents possesion. Thanks
