Description

I have an original piece of artwork in the original frame. The painting is an oil painting and was given to me by a neighbor moving out of town. The only thing that I know about this piece is that is done by the same W. Clark that painted "Still Life". I can tell this by the signatues on the bottom of each piece. If possible I would like to know the name of this piece, a little about the artist himself, and/or if this painting has any value. I have taken this painting to local artist, but they only seem to deal in modern art and/or artists. Local antique dealers were of no help either. Please help with some much needed information. Thank you!

Category Fine Art
Medium Oil painting that looks to be done on some type of board instead of canvas.
Distinguishing marks Signature in the bottom left corner

Size and dimensions of this item Approximately 21x42
Date Period My guess would be between the 1950's-1970's. It just a guess based on his other painting.
