Original henk bos oil on canvas

I bought this painting framed from a sale, and the frame was so dirty that I could barely make out what the painting was of, I removed it from the frame and as you can see it is a canvas oil painting, still in good condition, and pasted to a board. It is approx 15x19, and upon magnification, brush hairs and excess paint in areas are visible, very curious what this may be worth.  I'm a young collector/dealer with limited experience and would appreciate any information on this piece.  Thank you
