Don't know much about paintings but this seems to be an oil or acrylic painting on canvas, nice frame, excellent conditions.

Painting was purchased in Houston, TX at a garage sale about15 yrs ago

Painting is H 27 1/2 x W 23 1/2 outside of frame

Would like to know if this is a painting by Artur Franke
