The Painting/ print is in a frame-it-yourself frame and no way to see the back. It reads at the bottom from what I can read due to the style of lettering, " To the Rt Hon'ble Viscount Combermere, G. It is initialed in the lower right hand corner A 1851-. Also look is to be stamped. " Dickinson & Co., 114 New Bond Street.
