Mark says Kangxi, but not in the period.
As far as looking at the foot/rim of the vase, it is mostly likely made in the late 19th century Qing dynasty.

In terms of the value, since it has been repaired, which usually decreases the value.. but since it is really large,..and you have a pair, I would say between $1k-4k
