Paragon fine bone china rose handle tea cup and saucer

I bought this beautiful tea cup and saucer with a rose handle . Light blue cup and saucer with pink middle of saucer. On back of saucer it reads: By appointment to H.M. THE QUEEN & H.M. QUEEN MARY FINE BONE CHINA ENGLAND REG'D. There is a goldish colored dot in middle of PARAGON and above that it is hard to read but it MIGHT be : G 1 6 or 616???? Hard to tell
