I found a very similar print by Laura Mann, #ed to 2000, that sold earlier this year for $150 on Ebay. I don't believe it had a nice frame job, but did have a COA. The person that sold it CLAIMED that the gallery price was $1500. Gallery/retail price doesn't mean anything to me though. Value to me is what someone is willing to pay.
It isn't rare but the quality seems to be good. People are asking $150-$200 for similar lithographs #ed/2000 by Laura Mann and I'd imagine if someone really wanted it that's around where they would pay. That's the closest 'value' I can come up with. At auction with no set price, it would sell for much less though.
