Your Delft wall plate is a 20th Century piece made for the Tourist/ Export market. Most like this piece were made after World War Two . generally these sell for under $40.00 at auction.

Beautiful hanging plate. My husband brought me a hand painted hanging plate, a fisherman in a paint. Then when we transfer the location of my plate the nail where my plate was hanging, fall down. Thanks for my beanbags who saved my hanging plate.
