Based on the images this dats from the late 1960's to mid 70's, The Illinois Moulding company produced low cost Decorator art that was sold in department stores. Values for it today remain modest at under $50.00 in most cases.

Although the Illinois Moulding Company may have had leftover stickers, or simply did not conform to the new conjfiguration, the address format used on the rear of the painting (Chicago 8, Illinois) was replaced by zip code addresses in 1963, which may be a clue to its age.
