Based on the markings this ring is quite modern, just designed to look old. You are not going to find a marking like "95%" on anything  from the 15th Century, you'll have to get a jeweller to test it for gold content.

A jeweler did scan it with a laser and it showed it was a little over 22k. The ring has 2 other markings on the inside but I'm not sure what they are. One looks like a picture of a tree or flower of some sort? Jeweler said it was probably pretty old based on the red and blue coloring which appears to be a sort of enamel/glass material.
