Description

I have what I think may be an original Grandma Moses painting. Painting has been professionally framed with date October 30th, 1973 written on back along with the card of an art appraiser that no longer exists. Winter scene depicted, definately in the style of Grandma Moses. I have attached pictures. They are from my cell phone so not the best quality but I can take more later to post. Any information will be appreciated.

Any original art item really needs to be physically examined to determine their origins and value. Nobody can authenticate oil paintings from an image,or even determine that it's an oil painting or a Giclee´. Any painting that could be by a famous artist really needs to be examined by a Specalist in Fine Arts, I suggest you contact sothebys.com .

Lovejoy
