pre comunbian terracotta

Description

Look to be a indian chef holding a bowl with a head dress on. Legs looks like a kid made them out of play dough but is very neat and crisp lines its has dark specks with a lot of clay look with yellow mix in it actually looks rusty but not metal around 8 inches tall

These are often reproductions made for the tourist market, it takes the services of an expert to physically examine it to really determine what you have. I'd suggest contacting a local Auctioneer for a referral.

Thanks,this piece came out of a professor estate from gaum it does not have tthe same color as some on ebay this looks rusty with some black spec and yellow specs .throught out the piece its not any type of magnitic metal.plus we  also have a monkey with looks to have a 1940 s football helmet type hat on in shape of a candle holder it only like 3" x 3"  and is almost round.  from the same estate. Thanks
