RARE MUSICAL LIGHTER WITH DRILL BIT ON THE FRONT OF IT  THAT HOWARD HUGHES PATENTED THAT MADE HIM RICH KNOWN AS THE AVIATOR .  IT WAS MADE IN JAPAN AND IT PLAYS SMOKE IN YOUR EYES.  DOESN'T LOOK AS IF IT HAS EVER BEEN USED. THE WICK IS STILL WHITE AND NOT BLACK.

I'm not sure how "rare" this item is. I just bought one at an estate sale in Texas, and there are two postings on this site, and another pair on Ebay. Unfortunately, none of these sources really give me an idea of its value. My opinion, in my market, is in the $18-$25 range.
