Description
This is a rare Precious Moment, only a few smiling dunce boy pieces were made, before the artist realized that the boy was supposed to be frowning. It was made in 1982, and has an hourglass marking on the bottom. The last known price that I could find for this piece was in 2007, and it was worth $500 - $600.
