This appears to be a vintage…

This appears to be a vintage or antique table lamp with a decorative ceramic or porcelain base featuring ornate carvings or embossments. The design includes intricate floral or vine-like patterns, and the lamp's upper section is composed of brass or gold-toned metal with a frosted glass shade.

To me, the style suggests mid-century modern or possibly earlier, likely from the 1940s–1960s. The ceramic base indicates it came from either Italy, China, or parts of Europe. The ornate design might reflect Art Nouveau or traditional decorative art influences. As far as value it truly depends on its condition and who the specific maker is (please look for markings or signatures at the base or inside the lamp).
I’ve seen imilar lamps often range between $100–$500 in value at vintage or antique shops, depending on provenance and demand.

Hope this helps. If you can provide more details, such as any maker's marks, labels, or inscriptions, I can narrow down the details further and give you a narrower range for the valuation.
