Other one is marked with the word trademark above a crown and the workds "FB Rogers Silver Comp silver on copp" and the number 3007 underneath.

Both are about 7-9" tall and have no dents, but heavy tarnish and one has a couple very small (about 1/8" ) visible scratches.
