Royal Albert unnamed pattern 2515

I have a Royal Albert Bone China England unnamed tea set given to me by my Grandmother.  Some of the pieces has 2515 written on them (I'm assuming it's the pattern number) and some pieces don't have the #'s on them.  It's yellow with gold detailing.  The set contains:

3 large serving plates, 2 rameken dishes, cream and sugar, 8 cups, 8 saucers and 8 dainty plates.

All the pieces are in good shape, 1 of the rameken dishes has a tiny piece broken off.  I would like to know more about this set and what it would be worth today.  Here's a link to a website I found it listed on, it is countess shape set #5
