Do you have an image of the company marking? These look like knock offs, the quality of the decoration looks too poorly done for Royal Vienna.

It's the mark of Arnart Imports New York, used 1957 - 2001. The company is well known for knock off type imports from all over the world. For a value check for "Anart" on ebay.
