Silver Fork and Flipper

A pair of what appears to be electroplated silver serving fork and flipper. It is believed to be electroplated because the backside of the flat section appears to be a yellowish colour (as seen in the pictures). The front and the entire handles are still silver coloured. Also, there are two stamps with the markings of "DB" with a dot above the initials and the letter "A" (as seen in the pictures. The engraved design on the top of them appear to be plant/flower images. Each is 10.5" long.
