History
The home was found in DeFuniak Springs, Florida at a historic home site around Lake DeFuniak. The home is believed to have been left here by early Florida Chatauqua goers from New York. It is a portable building and was thought to be used by those who atteneded as a winter home during the Chatauqua celebration. The home has origianl windows, screens, door and skeleton key. The home is put together with a bolt lock system. This makes it totally portable.
