I’ve not yet found your exact plate but there’s a lot of info on the company on this page https://www.justanswer.com/antiques/8lg69-china-salad-plates-marked-schumann-bavaria-germany.html Still not finding your exact plate. I used bavaria schumann germany us zone as my search term and Etsy and eBay both have quite a few. I’m using this one for reference https://www.ebay.com/itm/BAVARIA-SCHUMANN-GERMANY-US-ZONE-7-3-4-PLATE/114577257186?hash=item1aad5632e2:g:PKoAAOSwo4pYI3Fv My guess estimate would be $5 -$15 from what I’ve seen online.

Pieces like this were made directly after WW2 ended (1945) and just as Germany was being divided into West Germany and East Germany with US and Russian Zones (1949). No big demand for this stuff as Mark has stated.
