Small teacup saucer

By Lightemup, 19 October, 2010
Description

This saucer was one of many pieces sent to me after my great aunt passed away.  I collect oriental art and decorate my home in oriental decor so my family figured I would enjoy the pieces the most.  My great aunt purchased this along with other items when she visted Japan appoximately in the 1930s.  The saucer is round and is 4" in daimeter.  It has a thin gold line around the edge, flowers on opposite sides, and "MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN" in red on the bottom.  The saucer has no chips or cracks.  I might be interested in selling it depending on what it's appraisal value is determined to be.
