solid brass nautical steering wheel

Description

I have a 25" W x 25"H x 4.5"D solid brass nautical steering wheel that has speckles of patina on it.

It weighs over 55lbs. See attached photos.

I am looking to see if anyone knows what period of time this is from and what it is worth.
