This is vintage, meaning 1960 or newer. I cant find a thing on Empress Ironstone in Staffordshire, they are not in the Encyclopedia of British Pottery so they must be after 1960. Unless this is an antique or made by a high end potter you may get between 50-75.00 for the set depending on demand.

You have a good eye my collector friend. I just bought this set, minus the floral pattern on the pitcher which is a 2nd/cast off. I paid $20 (=) here in Denmark (the land of Royal Copenhagen Porcelian) where British crockery isn't highly valued. I also spotted an identicaly moulded set in a blue & white "Monaco" pattern from the same factory listed at Ruby Lane for $175. Considering ours is less desireable than the blue & white classic version. I would appraise them about $100-150. They are'nt old, my pitcher is dated `75 an era when tans & golds certainly dominated interior decor. For $5 you got a bargain!
