Judging by your model, it is from the late 1950s. In the 1950s "Stenographic Machines Inc", which still exists today, saw a climb in sales, producing over 15,000 machines. This makes the machine quite common.

The market for stenography is quite. Your machine appears to be in great condition and it has the orignal carrying case that increases the value. Because the item is common, I apprasie your item at about $50 in todays market though the item may sit on the market for quite awhile until you find the right buyer.
