Teapot Blue Grapes

Beautiful old footed teapot without stamp. It’s in almost perfect condition except a small darker spot. Decorated with blue grapes. I have tried to find a picture on google of the same model, but I have only found other pots. Would like to know the value and if possible age/brand.

I’ve only found other pots as well. Looks like Adderley Chelsea. Some info with trademarks here http://www.thepotteries.org/allpotters/8a.htm
A sold search on eBay shows Adderley Chelsea not going for that much. Here’s a set that went for $88 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Royal-Adderley-Blue-Chelsea-Fine-Bone-China-Eng...
Here’s some retail replacements https://www.replacements.com/search?query=adderley+blue+chelsea+blue+teapot
I’ll add more if I can find your exact teapot.

It looks like Adderley Chelsea, but it's very unusual not to have a company marking. China like this was designed to resemble old 18th Century Spode, but dates well into the 20th. Not much demand for the pattern or type, values listed by Replacements are highly inflated, comparable pots often sell for under $50.00.
