Description A friend of mine has a reproduction of Thomas Kinkade's "Hometown Morning VI". It is number 361 of 3950. He wonders what it is worth for insurance purposes, so I told him I would try to help him out.

Nostalgic limited edition prints of this type of "a land that never was" were all the rage during the 1980s and 90's. Views of stately Victorian homes, with model T's rumbling up the street while a ghostly Grandma looks on were popped out like Hallmark greeting cards by a number of artists to fill the demand. Today values for them are very modest, of 122 I've seen sold at auction by this artist this past year, none sold for over $950.00, most sold in the $300.00- $600.00 range
