Tiny Coca Cola bottle with a picture inside

I have this tiny coca cola bottle with a picture inside.  I've had it for quite some time.  It's 1 5/8" H x 1/2" W.  It has a picture inside that has a button sign that reads Coca-Cola 5 cents, with a old bottle of coke and some flowers.  I've tried to find more information on it, but have not been able to.  I believe it it either silver plate or tarnished.  What is this called?  What year did they make this?  Is it worth anything?  Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.
