AI Appraisal

Description Bases are heavy like cast iron, with a Victorian gothic design, oil reservoir seems to be copper There is a marking on the bottom that reads CHINA but I can not tell anything about the makers mark I did find someone else on eBay selling a pair , theirs is the only description I could find
