Re: Tuscany Studios figurines
Your telling your age, It's the comedy duo Laurel & Hardy from a comedy T V show 1950's. there averageing $50.00 Dollars a pair.
Re: Tuscany Studios figurines
I was born in 1971. And even I know that Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy have been around alot longer than the 1950s. They were a comedy duo that made alot of shorts in the 1930s, before movies went to color. Stan Laurel acted in shorts since 1917 and his last acting job was in 1951.

Re: Tuscany Studios figurines
I'm trying to track down the creator/artist of this from Tuscany Studio (Robert or Mario Anichini maybe?) Does anyone know any information about this company or these men? Thank you!

Re: Tuscany Studios figurines
I have no information on this company, or who designed these, but it appears they produced a great deal of low cost chalkware during the 1970's in the form of caricatures of famous celebrities and sports heroes.
