Ugo Ciardella Painting On Ceramic Plate

We are interested in buying this piece of artwork, but we are unsure of its worth.  It's a painting of "Tomba Cecilia Metella", which is a mausoleum just outside of Rome.  It was built in the 1st Century BC.  It is a very popular tourist site in Italy.
