Description

I picked up this monogrammed electroplated Barbour Siler Co. tea set and can't find any remotely similar sets anywhere. Has BSCEP and their maker marks on bottom. I found the history of the Barbour silver co. Can anyone tell me anything about the design of these pieces or a possible value? Any and all info appreciated.
