I saw this and had to have it. I 'believe' it is chalkware, but I'm not sure. There are quite a few chips in it as you can see from the photos. The clown figure does bounce around if you let it, like it is on a spring. Any ideas on the age of this? And how can you tell if it is chalkware ? Also the value. Thank you !
