Vase

By Phenom, 16 January, 2009
Description

My Grandmother gave it to my Dad on his 1st birthday. (She was Korean.) Grandfather was American.

I never knew my Grandfather from my Dad's side of the family. The Grandfather was an American Pilot stationed in Hawaii, and my Grandmother ,whom was Korean, lived there. 1950's.

He died, and she gave up my dad for adoption in the states so he could get a good education. In my early years, she kept in touch, and coming to visit from time to time.

My Dad often had antiques in our glass display case, but always kept this behind closed doors, under lock and key. My Dad passed away 15 years ago.

At this point, I'm unsure if it's valuable, or just a treasured family heirloom. Any help discovering it's true value would be great!

Thanks!

If worth enough, I'd be willing to sell. But, I'm not gonna part with it easily.

*Sorry, the camera is only a 2.0 megapixel. Any discrepancies is the camera, and NOT the vase.
