Vintage Ladies Concord Watch

This is a ladies cocktail watch. The inside says "Concord W. Co", "14K Gold Filled", "17478" ,"Concord 17", "Seventeen Jewels", "Swiss", "334F" and "Unadjusted." There is black handwritten marker like written on the inside as well. 03/25m or 03/95m or 03/15m. Hard to tell which of the three. Also carved lightly it says "R 1899 L" and ?/78.

This watch belonged to my mother. I believe she got it from her mother. It has an adjustable snap clasp and I believe still works.
