Re: Vintage Oil Painting by Paul Lambert.
Born in France in 1910, Paul Lambert painted this vintage painting of the famous Cabaret Lapin Agile in the Montmartre this area of Paris was often frequented by Picasso, Maurice Utrillo, Modigliani, and many other artistic wonders. From what I can figure there is references that he may have moved (visited) the US but the historical data on him is very limited.
Paul Lambert was active in the Montmartre neighborhood in the art scene in the mid-Twentieth Century having primarily painted for the tourist trade on the streets of Paris .
