Vintage Virtue Bros. Mfg. Co. step stool chair

I have this step stool chair but cannot seem to find information on it.  There is plenty of info on Cosco step stool chairs.

It is in good condition.  I have not cleaned it up yet.  The vinyl is gold with a pattern and is great shape, no tears.  The metal is a bronze color.  The steps fold in and work properly. 

Does anyone have information on this?  Year, worth, etc?
