Found in a junk shop in Roanoke, Virginia in the mid 1960s in very degraded condition having been used to store meats. He was in the process of repairing and refinishing it when he died. I had a professional cabinet maker finish the restoration to a, how shall I say it, a less than pristine condition. I wanted it to retain some of the historical markings.
