Walnut Veneer Wardrobe Mermaid handles.

Hello all. I'm cleaning out some storage space and have no idea what to value this at. I'd realy appreciate some help. 

So this is my grandmother's wardrobe I think this is art deco era. Its walnut veneer ( I think) and the handles are either bone or ivory. Any ideas?
