Close but from what I can tell the editions in the links you provided were published into circulation for the general public. The one I have was never available to civilians but instead were sent to the Marines overseas.

the main visible difference is on the bottom of mine does not say "now the helpless can read" but instead says how it was produced by The Coronet and distributed by The Leatherneck to Marines overseas.
