Weidlich Silver Co. sterling bread tray #8196. It has a leaf and flower design around the edge. It is 12" x 7" and about 1/2" deep at the middle then where the ends slope upwards it's about 1 1/8". It weighs 165 grams. There are 3-4 minor dings in the surface that I didn't see until I looked at it up close. What condition would this be called? Is this vintage or antique, and what would be the value? Should it be polished or left as is? I am interested in selling this, but want to gather information first. Thank you.
