Description The only thing I can tell you about this item is that it is all hand painted detailing. I see no glassmakers marks on the bottom. I inherited this item and no nothing about it except when it was bought many years ago by my grandmother it cost her about $27. The glass is a yellow and white mixture. It has alot of gold paint if you cannot tell in the pictures.
