Your chair is loosely based on the Jacobean Revival Style and was made during the first quarter of the 20th century. Here is one similar to yours sold this past year, http://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/10056352 it only went for $70.00, but generally throne chairs like this one go for over $250.00 at auction in good shape :
