I didn't want to fold the cover back so here is what is writen on the first page. Printed by C.S. Van Winkle 1820. The auther of this book is Washington Irving, he just used a penn name for these early books. I know this book was printed between 1819 and 1820 but I can never seem to find what the second printing is worth, if anything at all. This is a second printing. I would think it would be wrth somthing, being as it is the second printing ever of Sleepy Hollow. The out side has some staining, folds, and wear to the outside. The inside is much cleaner and less stained. All the pages are present and the original stiched binding seems well intacted. Only one page is torn a little. I hope somone can tell me what its worth. Thanks.
