History It was my great-great-grandmother's mesh hand bag. She gave it to her daughter, who gave it to my mother, who is still the current owner of the item. It has been in her hope chest for at least 20 years. The bag has a large gold chain, with a gold double-ball clasp. The interior is lined with light green silk and still contains the original round beveled mirror.
