One Johnson Brothers Ironstone Dinner service in the "Friendly Village" pattern, made 1953-2003. The set complete with 8 place settings, Gravy Boat and Plate, Turkey Platter and Vegetable Bowl.

According to our records the Johnson pattern "Friendly Village" was made in England from 1953-2003, the pattern mass produced during that period, which means sets in this pattern made in England are not considered rare. The company moved production to China after 2003 and this pattern remains in production to this day. The market for mid 20th Century dinner services like this one is currently very weak, we have seen very few comparable set to yours in this pattern selling for over $275.00
