looking for any information on this item. value, year it was made. three inches long. one and a half inches tall. front and back end are metal. body faceted crystal body shape of tear drop laid on its side, slight wear on edges of feet an tip of left ear. color shows as silver possible. on top of silver gold overy lay. purchased at a estate auction among brass and some jewelry from austria. possible to be early 1900. figure is heavy. also cystal is not completely in line when looking from the back. tilts slightly to right. ww maker mark stamped left front paw. figurine is in good condition.
Large oil painting of a wheat harvest with a church in the background. There does not seem to be a signature that I can find. Painting measures appx 2.5 x 3 ft. There is some writing on the back of the canvas and on the edge, see photos, and two stickers: one price tage from John Wanamaker (an old Philadelphia department store) for $325, and a round orange sticker with CFFA 128 on it. (The edge writing also says CFFA 128 PAW 5403.)
I'm not sure if this has any value, it weights five ponds it is cast iron, I believe. I was told it was a bookend, It has to be over sixty years old. There are marks on the end of the bottom but we can't read , it's a man with al walking stick, there is a dog on the side. ,he has boots on, long hair and beard,tree or bush in the back ground
